have a hard time reproducing this.  the way i did it last:
(0) use Secure Shell 0.8.36.3
(1) connect via relay
(2) put the device to sleep for like 20 min
(3) resume the device
(4) see the Retrying message show up over and over

the console repeats these two messages forever:
