High Contrast extension breaks image loading in Docs when enabled

Project Member Reported by razi@google.com, May 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable High Contrast
2. Open any Google Doc with an image
3. Observe that the image does not appear
   - https://screenshot.googleplex.com/ee9gHgJ7TJb
4. Disable High Contrast
5. Observe that the image appears
   - https://screenshot.googleplex.com/8ZmzjMXhufA
6. Toggle High Contrast between Enabled and Disabled to watch the images appear and disappear.

Note that High Contrast is not inverting the color - it's in "Normal" mode. But just having it enabled breaks images.

What is the expected behavior?
Images should appear in the docs regardless of whether High Contrast is enabled.

What went wrong?
High Contrast seems to be blocking the images from loading, OR, Docs isn't playing nice. Hard to tell.

A separate problem is that Docs seem to break High Contrast when opened. I need to do a little disable - open - enable song and dance to make it work. But that's a bug for another time.

Tested the issue on Mac os 10.12.3, ubuntu 14.04 and windows 7 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.110 and M60 #60.0.3102.0 and issue is reproduced.

Issue is a regression issue broken in M53.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:53.0.2773.0 (Revision: 400610).
Bad build: 53.0.2774.0 (Revision: 400850).

You are probably looking for a change made after 400733 (known good), but no later than 400774 (first known bad).

CHANGELOG URL:

The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

From the CL above, unable to find the actual suspect .

@could someone please help us in finding the suspect and assigning it to the concerned owner

Thanks!
