What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update your Chromebook
2. Restart your Chromebook
3. Click on the status menu

What is the expected result?
No battery icon appears on status tray

What happens instead of that?
Instead of displaying a battery icon on status tray, it doesn't display a battery icon on the status tray.
