What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a bookmark named "alert" with the URL as:
    javascript: (function() { alert("this is a test") })()
(2) Click this bookmark, and try to select the text 'this is a test'
(3) Copy the text and paste it somewhere else

What is the expected result?
To be able to select and copy text from an alert box. 

What happens instead?
In chrome, I am unable to select any text in an alert box

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
