Issue descriptionVersion: 58.0.3029.110 691bdb490962d4e6ae7f25c6ab1fdd0faaf19cd0-refs/branch-heads/3029@{#830} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now press 'Esc' key to open 'Console' drawer and clear console 3. Now type any text Ex. Monitor events and drag 'Console' drawer downwards and click outside to move cursor and again click on text to bring back cursor,observe (Refer screen cast) Actual: Unwanted movement of text is seen after clicking on text Expected: Unwanted movement of text should not be seen after clicking on text This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 55’ and will soon update other info : Good build:55.0.2862.0 Bad build: 55.0.2863.0
