Google search showing Happy teachers day in India doodle on 9th May.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to google.com
2. Check that Happy Teachers Day in India doodle is showing

What is the expected behavior?
It should not to be showing the Happy Teachers Day doodle on 9th May

What went wrong?
Teachers day is celebrated on September 5th (05/09) in India. The doodle is being shown on 9th May (09/05). 

Did this work before? N/A

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
