Regression : Extra space is observed at the top of the languages list in 'Add language' overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 60.0.3094.0 (Official Build) 53f4c2d32725416af10011d5db44f292d6e69fd2-refs/heads/master@{#470111} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/languages, expand 'Languages' section and click on 'Add languages' (Languages overlay appear). 2. Scroll down till the half of the list and select the language that currently seen at the bottom of list. 3. Now drag the scroll bar upwards and (without releasing the button) move mouse pointer (upwards) outside the overlay (kindly review an attached screen cast). 4. Observe the list. Actual : Extra space is observed at the top of the languages list after dragging the scrollbar upwards. Expected : Extra space should not be seen in 'Add language' overlay This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-59’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 59.0.3050.0 Bad build : 59.0.3051.3 Note : This is Windows OS specific issue and it is not seen on Linux and Mac OS since the scroll bar behavior is different.

I've seen a similar thing, all you need to do is set the scrollOffset of the iron-list. See http://crrev.com/2805213003

I can no longer reproduce this (tried version 61.0.3163.100 as well as 63.0.3239.0). |
