Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.4 with chrome stable #58.0.3029.110, and Canary #60.0.3099.0 and also in Firefox browser too Seems issue is not specific to chrome browser. Adding search team for further triage on this issue. Thank You...

Likely, this is a bug in Google's search page, and thus not a Chrome bug at all. Even if it is, it's not browser UI, since this is web content area. If this reproduces in Firefox, it's unlikely to be a Chrome layout engine bug. But it's possible, if both share the bug. I don't know how the Blink team normally triages this kind of "site looks bad" issue to determine if it's a site vs. Chrome bug. Hopefully someone on the layout team can notice and redirect.

This is indeed a google search bug and I have reported it to the search team. |
