Show selectors + time taken for style recalculation events

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3088.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Feature Request

What is the expected behavior?
1) Record a timeline
2) When a style recalc event happens you should be able to click on them
3) Upon clicking it should list selectors and the time it consumed

What went wrong?

The blink style engine doesn't have more precise data that could be shown. Definitely not per-selector breakdown.
