Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3094.0 (Official Build) (cohort: win_58_96)53f4c2d32725416af10011d5db44f292d6e69fd2-refs/heads/master@{#470111} (32/64-bit). OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12). Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome, go to http://gfdgfvcbvnfgjftgjgfhjg/ 2.Give Print Command and observe. Actual Result: Unwanted Black Bar is seen at the bottom of print preview. Expected Result: No such Black Bar should be seen. This is Regression issue broken in M-60, will soon update other info Manual Bisect: Good Build: 60.0.3090.0 Bad Build: 60.0.3091.0 Note: Issue is not seen on LINUX OS.

Unable to perform per revision bisect results, builds are not getting invoked for the given good and bad ranges. So performed chromium bisect and updating information below. My change (javascript files for Chrome Remote Desktop) would definitely not affect print preview. Offhand I don't see any in the range specified that would either but I could easily be missing something.

Unable to reproduce the issue in latest Canary #61.0.3114.0 on win 10.0, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.4. @aiman.ansari : Could you please re-check once in latest canary and confirm once. Thanks in Advance.
