Cursor on macOS hides when going over "Block" button of notification prompt

OSX 10.12.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Browser on youtube.come
(2) Wait for a permission prompt.
(3) Move the mouse over "Block"

What is the expected result?
The mouse is visible over "Block"

What happens instead?
The mouse cursor disappears when it is over the "Block" button.

I can't reproduce, though. :-(

I have no idea what could cause this. A screencast or repro would be needed to act on this.

A screencast would literally just show the cursor disappearing when you move the mouse over the "Block" button.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce. Let's close, and I can reopen if I see it again.
