deploy_server.py does not log server name the command is running on

Summary: deploy_server.py does not log server name the command is running on (was: test_push deployment logs give wrong server name when surfacing errors)
The server name is not wrong. It because the deploy_server.py doesn't output what server the command is running. Nothing to do with test_push. And I also think anyone can fix this. I will volunteer to do this time.
