Issue descriptionProblem with Sheriff-o-Matic This one doesn't show up: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos.chrome/builders/Linux%20ChromeOS%20Buildspec%20Tests I'm not sure if that's due to the failure pattern, but it's failing compile every other build (it switches branches for each build, see YAQS https://yaqs.googleplex.com/eng/q/5784754970951680 and issue and issue 605313 for details) Regardless, it would be awesome if this builder was in SoM, then I wouldn't have to watch so many waterfalls!

This isn't a cbuildbot CrOS build, so the same dispatcher couldn't generate them, so we'd need both dispatchers posting alerts without auto-resolving. We'd also need to make sure that both type of alerts can be displayed correctly together. In particular, there might be issues when someone tries to group CrOS and non-CrOS alerts.
