Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the attached index.html file
2. Click "Transfer" button
3. Tab crash

What is the expected behavior?
The tab does not crash

What went wrong?
The tab crashed when it wasn't supposed to.

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
Flash Version: 

Any other number of transferrables we've tried works fine (20, 10744, 10746, 50000). It is the specific number 10745 which our end users have run into.

Here's one specific crash ID from my chrome:  crash/1303f19fb0000000

I posted another issue with the crash report (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=719634) but that isn't public so I'm reposting this publicly so that my colleagues can add further information (we're trying to recreate with Chromium built from source with debug symbols).
