"Error fetching master restart notices."

I'm looking at the gardener page. I see "Error fetching master restart notices." in purple at the top. I'm not sure if that's an issue I need to care about.

Status: Available (was: Untriaged)
This should be an easy fix (same thing we did for chromeos).

You can safely ignore this warning since ChromeOS doesn't use master_manager to schedule restarts.
