Currently we don't have any guest mode Settings tests that I am aware of.

We should consider developing a comprehensive test that would verify page visibility in guest mode, and ensure that specific elements are correctly hidden in guest mode.

The latter is a bit tricky because we use a combination of dom-if and hidden= for element visibility. Ideally we should develop a test mechanism that does not need to be updated any time a developer switches from what mechanism to the other.
