Most of these bugs re v8.infinite_scroll_tbmv2 should be handled through  Issue 724262  .

Most likely caused by https://chromium.googlesource.com/v8/v8/+/db13d8014fa5a6281b78323aae3636d8b5355b67

That regression is expected.
