I've reported this after trying to add two new clean, no extensions (not even lastpass), chrome profiles. macOS 10.12.5 Beta (16F71b) tried from both the profile icon and from settings button. I'll fire a canary profile with default flags and see if I can bysec the culprid

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.4 with chrome canary #60.0.3096.0 but not on same equivalent signed chrome build.
Attaching the screen-cast for reference.
Note: 1. Not able to repro this on Windows Canary #60.0.3096.0
2. Removing needs-bisect label for now, will add once we have consistent steps to
reproduce the issue.

just to make things more complicated, I couldnt reproduce this on chrome 60.0.3095.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) with default flags. I'll upgrade canary and try and see if any of my flags has impact.

I could (and still can) repro in canary 60.0.3096.0 (r470759). But not in chromium r470822 60.0.3097.0. This may be a Variations thing. Can you paste the list of hashes under chrome://version? Attaching my set where I could repro, then we can try to intersect. Some possibilities from the attached. AutofillFieldMetadata-Enabled GuestViewCrossProcessFrames-Enabled PasswordGeneration-Enabled
