Unable to Exit full screen on Public Session |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) 57.0.2987.146 OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Use Chromebook as public session (2) Play a video in YouTube.com (3) Play video in "Full screen" mode/ Click full screen (4) Click "Exit full screen" (5) Nothing happens. What is the expected result? Video will go back to its Normal mode after clicking "Exit full screen" What happens instead? Nothing happens, screen will stay in Full screen mode. Workaround: Click refresh button, video will go back to its normal mode but video will start over. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Whoops, accidentally deleted my previous comment. Here it is again: Fullscreen is actually disabled in public sessions (we want the taskbar to be seen at all times), that's why the video doesn't really go completely fullscreen, and that's why there are issues when trying to "exit fullscreen". At some point I'll take a deeper look into this issue.

Heya Victor, we'll be probably making changes to how full screen works in PS soon. I think we're currently in the discussion phase. Raj can chime in with more informations as he's doing the push for the feature.

Victor, this is fixed since M63 (see the ^ above bug) since we enabled full-screen mode in Public Sessions.
