Thanks for filing a report. I'm not sure what you mean, could you please elaborate on your steps? - Is the web developer file an HTML file stored locally on your computer? - Is your localhost setup correctly? If the problem is in the setup and not with Chrome, I can suggest searching for answers in other forums that may be more appropriate.
