inline-block cannot update the parent element width

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://jsbin.com/jemupowobo/edit?output
2. Checked 'Resize me' button

What is the expected behavior?
The desired result is the effect of display:inline-flex

What went wrong?
The width of container is not fully wrapped img

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3083.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

This CL has fixed the problem that the width of the parent element is not updated when the browser window changes

This CL fixed inline-block case, but inline-grid is still behaving incorrectly.

Shoon, does your attached patch help  with this testcase by any chance:
  https://bug1362999.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8877784
(In particular: in Chrome right now, the initial rendering has the border snapped to the purple canvas, but if you hover the purple area, they get out of sync.)

(I'm guessing it might help because I reduced that testcase from the same original demo, as part of this Mozilla bug:
  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1362999
But if it doesn't help, I'll file a new bug for my testcase.)

Yes. The patch at comment #6 can solve the issue at #8.

inline-grid problem can be covered by https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=719441. It can be closed, I think.
