Regression: Browsing history is clickable on print preview of Import bookmarks

Project Member Reported by sc00335...@techmahindra.com, May 8 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3093.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to chrome://settings/importData
2.Select From as 'Mozilla Firefox' such that multiple text boxes with items are populated
3.Ctrl+P and on print preview..hover the mouse over Browser history textbox

Expected: Like other text box, browsing history shouldn't be clickable
Actual: Browsing history is clickable on print preview of Import bookmarks and settings dialog and clicking it redirects to CWS

This is a regression issue broken in M60.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:60.0.3080.0 (Revision:466837).
Bad build:60.0.3081.0 (Revision:467177).

You are probably looking for a change made after 467168 (known good), but no later than 467169 (first known bad).

@rbpotter, @thestig: Is there a bug already about disallowing clicks to links within the print preview UI?
I do not recall seeing one and cannot find one so far. Usually bugs are filed about not being able to click links within the preview UI, e.g. http://crbug.com/645012 , http://crbug.com/538133 .

I chatted with thestig@ about a similar bug report not long ago, and he mentioned that being able to click on things is expected in the print preview.

thestig@ could you confirm that this is behavior is expected?
