inline-grid cannot update the parent element width

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://jsbin.com/qijohidine/edit?html,css,js,output
2. Checked 'Resize me' button

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The width of container is not fully wrapped img

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

inline-block/flex has a similar problem, Sunghoon Kim has been fixed in this CL[1], but there are other bugs in 719452[2].
