Open Extension on Button click of Particular Webpage

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Extension will be open Automatically when user clicks on button in webpage
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Clicked the Button on one webpage and its not identified my extension

What went wrong?
Clicked the Button on one webpage and its not identified my extension
