Crash on startup

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3086.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install build 60.0.3092.0 x64 or x86
2. Open chrome.exe
3. It goes Aw snap and the whole browser crashes.

What is the expected behavior?
Runs normally as expected

What went wrong?
It crashes on startup

Crashed report ID: No

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3086.0 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Chrome version: 60.0.3092.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Please fix it asap!

Could you please confirm if this issue is still seen on the latest canary(60.0.3094.0)? also, please attach any crash id if there is one under chrome://crashes.

Thanks for the reply.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using latest chrome Canary-60.0.3101.0. Could you please provide us 'SERVER ID' generated next to Crash ID from chrome://crashes [ as highlighted in the comment#6 screenshot ] if this issue is still persists.

Yes this issue cannot be reproduced in Windows 7.

As I mentioned before it's patched in v60.0.3096.0 r470445.
