After hitting home and end button in 'search cookies' text field page scroll up/down

Chrome Version: 60.0.3093.0 (Official Build)Revision b528d28ed46e08084f9b1a6a0e81fad09419176d-refs/heads/master@{#469894} 64 Bit
OS: Mac Mini (10.12.3, 10.11.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content/cookies
(2)Click on 'search cookies' type any letter to search.
(3)Now press home and end button from keyboard and observe.

Actual: After hitting home and end button in text field page scroll up/down

Expected: After hitting home and end button in textfield cursor should move to first/last letter entered in field

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M51' series i.e. 51.0.2701.0 

Note: 
1.Issue not seen on Macbook pro laptop
2.Similar issue is seen for show home button field as well.
3.Issue not seen on Win & Linux OS.

As far as I know, home/end don't move the cursor in text fields on Mac. They always scroll the document. Am I misunderstanding?
