Uh that it's works like it should when I bought my cell before I got to read them manuals & these terms And policies

What went wrong?
I don't know what it is the words slant at times the words look like they're being pulled also the screen flicked twice then it glitched and previous screens move in front of the present while logging in it's layered when I tap the eye it's an old password
