Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.it needs to be fixed

What is the expected behavior?
Uh that it's works like it should when I bought my cell before I got to read them manuals & these terms And policies

What went wrong?
I don't know what it is the words slant at times the words look like they're being pulled also the screen flicked twice then it glitched and previous screens move in front of the present while logging in it's layered when I tap the eye it's an old password

Did this work before? N/A

Could you please check with latest Chrome Stable 60.0.3112.107 and let us know the behavior. 
It would be helpful if you provide the Android OS version, Chrome version, Device details and steps/URLs to reproduce the issue.
