Regression: 'Recording..' text is not seen after clicking on Record button of 'Coverage' section in Dev tools.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3093.0 Revision b528d28ed46e08084f9b1a6a0e81fad09419176d-refs/heads/master@{#469894}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window and navigate to Coverage section from Console drawer.
(2) Click on Record button and observe.

Actual: Recording.. text is not seen after clicking on Record button.

Expected: Recording.. text should seen after clicking on Record button.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 60’ and will soon update other info :

Good build: 60.0.3091.0
Bad Build: 60.03093.0

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This is a feature, not a bug. Coverage data are now available immediately, so no "recording" phase is necessary.
