Issue descriptionApp Version: 59.0.3071.30 dev iOS Version: 9.3.5,iOS 10 Device : iPhone6,6S,7+ only Steps to reproduce: 1- Launch chrome and sign in to chrome. 2- Tap on Menu > settings > select the signed in user. 3- Tap on Google Activity controls. 4- Disable the web & app activity to off. 5- Change the device orientation to landscape mode. 6- Tap on Cancel. Observed results: Web & app activity stays in disabled state Expected results: Web & app activity should toggle to ON.
