Cannot update

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Check for current browser #
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Being able to update it.

What went wrong?
cannot update it. error msg.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3091.0   Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

been like this for months and months

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7,Windows-10,Mac-10.12.4 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using Chrome stable version 58.0.3029.96 and canary 60.0.3091.0.
Please find the attached screenshot.
Could you please try in a clean profile without any extensions and let us know your observations if the issue still persists.
