Can't set a PIN using virtual keyboard

Chrome Version: 60.0.3086.0 canary
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Settings > People > Screen Lock
(2) Select "PIN" and click "Set up PIN"
(3) Try typing PIN using virtual keyboard

What is the expected result?
Typing numbers on virtual keyboard lets you set a PIN

What happens instead?
Nothing -- typing on the virtual keyboard has no effect

I can't seem to reproduce this. Like you have to press the 123 button in the bottom left, but that should be expected right?

I still haven't been able to reproduce this. There must be another step that we are missing. I think we can remove release block stable from this.
