This bug tracker is for reporting security vulnerabilities in Chrome.

Chrome discussion forums (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome) are a good place to ask general questions about Chrome.

"Trusted Certificates" are used by a very small number of websites to login or for other purposes; most phones do not include additional trusted certificates beyond those included with the operating system itself.
