can not find bluetooth headphones on chromebook plus

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. put jaybird X2 headphones into pairing mode
2. enable bluetooth search
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
headphones sync and function

What went wrong?
Chromebook plus can not find headphones

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.146  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 9202.64.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0
