"gpu_tests.pixel_integration_test.PixelIntegrationTest.Pixel_OffscreenCanvasTransferBeforeStyleResize" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them.
