Chrome causes Windows to emits a system sound upon closing a tab (reopening bug)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open 10 tabs, do work as usual.
2. Occasionally close a tab.
3. Listen for annoying sound.

What is the expected behavior?
Close tabs without triggering any Windows sound.

What went wrong?

I have "Start Navigation" and "Open Program" set to nothing, so it can't be those.  It sounds like "Notification" or "Exclamation", but it happens very often - about 50% of the time or more.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Using Windows 10 Home - Media edition or whatever it's called (after Anniversary update).

Tested in chrome # 57.0.2987.110,Canary #61.0.3114.0 on win 10.0 & 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.
Steps Followed:
1.Navigate to chrome browser and open multiple tabs and closing the tabs Occasionally.
Closing the tabs without any sound.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once in latest stable # 57.0.2987.110,Canary #61.0.3114.0 and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
