sound problem with windows and chrome

Chrome Version       : 58.0.3029.96
OS Version: 10.0

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.sound will not work unless windows is restarted
2.chrome will play the sound but if the browser is closed or restarted the sound stops working
3.

What is the expected result?
fix sound issues

What happens instead of that?

Tested the issue on windows 10 and windows 7 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.96 and followed below steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Launched chrome and played videos with sound from  youtube.com  and local files and audio files.
2. Restarted the machine and still able to clear audio and sound files in chrome.

@ gangsta.babii-- Could you please provide us the sample url/testcase in which u r facing the issue and possible provide us the video of the issue , that would help us in triaging the issue better.
