What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  add Korean  or Japanese IME 
(2)  switch IME to Korean from English
(3)  sign out the user and check the mouse cursor on "Password" in Signin screen. 

What is the expected result?
The cursor should stay on "Password" field. 

What happens instead?
After blinking 2~3 times, the cursor is gone. 
When Pressing "Ctrl+Shift+Space", the IME candidate window appears on left side of screen.
