Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download a pdf and wait for the download to be completed
2. Attempt to download the pdf again and get the "Do you want to download <pdf> again" dialog
3. Notice how there's no way to open the pdf (clicking on the pdf names shows a dialog with "Can't open file") without restarting the download

What is the expected behavior?
Clicking on the filename should open the pdf

What went wrong?
Clicking on the pdf shows "Can't open file"

I tried running the latest master and I can still reproduce this bug. (v60 at the time of writing)
