Dev channel stuck on cohort `mac_58_96` |

Issue descriptionChrome 58.0.3029.96 OSX 10.12.4 Same symptoms as issue 586029 ; chrome://help on my Dev install won't advance. It's currently stuck on 58.0.3029.96 for my Dev install. (My other Mac computer is updating correctly; currently on 60.) ksadmin -p -P com.google.Chrome reports `cohortName=mac_58_96` for the computer with the problem. (On the computer without a problem, it reports `Stable`.) `ksadmin --delete -P com.google.Chrome` didn't work; relaunch Chrome Dev reverts to `cohortName=mac_58_96` `ksdiagonstics` output is accessible to Googlers at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1kg1oK-WfnuQlpFTmhmTFltRE0

Okay, a fresh DMG install + `ksadmin --delete` seems to have put me in `cohortName=Dev`. Will reopen if I don't advance past Chrome 60.0.3088.3

Most likely the ticket was pointing to another location. Next time can you post the Keystone ticket contents? ksadmin -P com.google.Chrome -p |
