Broken translations for WebVR insecure warning

As a result of https://codereview.chromium.org/2849713003/ security warning texts for WebVR are not getting translated.

The involved IDS are:
- IDS_PAGE_INFO_INSECURE_WEBVR_CONTENT_TRANSIENT
- IDS_PAGE_INFO_INSECURE_WEBVR_CONTENT_PERMANENT
Which were moved from chrome/app/generated_resources.grd to components/page_info_strings.grdp (part of components/components_strings.grd)

We were not able to confirm any other missing translations.

Commit 015a0852c55ba7f3e3c08bc868dd70fe3ca37276 solves the issue for WebVR
