Purple Bot on chromium.perf Linux, Mac and Win bots |

Issue descriptionMost linux, mac and win perf bots are purple. They all got exception at 20:22 on 5/4. And there are no newer builds afterwards. Yes, this was because of the master restart last night. They're running builds right now, and should be fine soon. The builds take ~8 hours, so it takes a long time for them to cycle green after a master restart :(
