+boliu to help triage to right person for an Android GPU regression.

I glanced through the blame list and didn't find anything obvious.

Plus if bisect says no regression found, then does that mean it was due to some other factor, like changing device under test, or different set up, etc? I wouldn't know where to look for those though..

I think going by the "Original alerts at time of bug-filing" link, that this is a webview-only regression, and didn't affect chrome on android? That kinda suggests this is something else imo.

Looks like this has recovered.  boliu, should this just be closed?
