I added two alerts to this bug. I think this should be reassigned to peah@, since this metric has a history of false alerts and triggering on unrelated CLs (just like the echo detector stats). I think it's probably safe to ignore these, as the history shows many similar perf regressions and improvements that happen at random times.

This CL couldn't affect the metrics in any way. I agree with ivoc@, that it's a random flake.
