Regression: Ghost text is seen chopped in pages field of print preview

Chrome Version: 60.0.3090.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings >> Change font size to very large
2.Navigate to chrome://welcome and hit ctrl+p for print preview and observe ghost text of pages field

What is the expected behavior?
Ghost text should not be chopped when font size is very large

What went wrong?
Ghost text is seen chopped when font size is very large

Did this work before? Yes 

This is Regression broken in M-59
