(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings (2)Set the font size to very large (3)Click on Autofill settings and Add Credit card. Observe the month in Expiry date. Issue is seen on Mac OS 10.12.3 on canary version: 60.0.3090.0 as well.

You are probably looking for a change made after 463882 (known good), but no later than 463883 (first known bad).
