The current title is no longer an issue since we use Gerrit, but I'm leaving this open since I still think we should change the favicon. It still conflicts e.g. with builder log files, and there's probably other stuff that uses the Chromium logo as a favicon.

We should maybe find a UXer to volunteer to make us a new icon, maybe the Chromium logo with a magnifying glass overlaid, or similar.
