Issue descriptionVersion: 60.0.3090.0 c9672e28ad57ca92994dfaa20c7b0f9991fddbd8-refs/heads/master@{#469538} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/content/cookies 2. Now click on add button and add a site and observe more actions iron icon Actual: More actions iron icon appears misplaced Expected: More actions iron icon should not appear misplaced This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 60’ and will soon update other info : Good build:60.0.3089.0 Bad build: 60.0.3090.0
