C#4 bug is now fixed, we wont assign a component if a more specific variant exists.

ClusterFuzz testcase 5341023831326720 is flaky and no longer crashes, so closing issue.

If this is incorrect, please add ClusterFuzz-Wrong label and re-open the issue.
