SSL Certificates issue with Chrome 59

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.36 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enter the URL
2. Appear as "Unsecure".
3. asking to run as "unsafe"

What is the expected behavior?
URL should appear as "secure"

What went wrong?
SSL certificates need to upload for chrome 59. it was working fine till Chrome version 57

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes chrome 57

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.36  Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 25.0.0.171

This is probably a duplicate of  issue 700595 .

What is the error code that you see on that page? Is it ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID ?

The invalid certificates may be coming from your antivirus software.
